We’re a little over halfway through the year, so we wanted to share some of the updates we’ve made to your Attune experience. And while we’re at it, we’re going to share some features we’re working on.
Updates to the Attune portal
We kicked off the year by laying crucial foundations to streamline the way you write insurance. These enhancements came directly from your survey feedback, in-person interviews, and countless conversations with our Sales and Customer Care Teams. Here are a few enhancements we want to highlight:
Access BOP policy documents from the portal
You no longer have to search through numerous emails to find documents for your clients’ businessowners policies. You can now access endorsements, including policy changes, cancellations/reinstatements, and renewals in the Attune Portal. Just search for your account and click on the current policy term on the right side of the screen. This allows you to pull the policy documents you need, when you need them.
Easily find your clients’ invoices
Simply put, we needed to make improvements to our billing experience. That’s why we created the Billing List page giving you greater visibility into your clients’ payment status. The Billing List allows you to see account status, pay on behalf of your clients, and download invoices. You can also access past invoices directly from your clients’ account page.
Download and save the information you enter in the quote flow
You enter a lot of valuable information in our portal, and moving it from one place to another can be an administrative nightmare. With this new feature, you can now download a PDF of the data entered into your Attune quotes by selecting the ‘Application input’ button located in the account. This will allow you to share this information with your clients for their records.
Explore portal functionality with our demo accounts
Whether you're new or need a refresher on our appetite, demo accounts allow you to explore business types you haven’t quoted before and get more familiar with our portal functionality.
Organize your portal by archiving quotes you no longer need
We know you know quoting. At times there can be numerous quotes for an account and you only need one to seal the deal. Based off feedback, we implemented the 'archive quote' feature so you can organize what quotes are in your portal.
Updates to your Workers' Compensation experience
We launched workers’ compensation at the end of 2018 to provide you access to new markets. When we launched, we knew we would continue to make improvements based on your feedback. While we’re working on more enhancements to your experience, here are the some we’ve launched.
Quote and bind WC in minutes
To match our BOP experience, you can now quote and bind a WC policy in minutes.
Grow your business with additional WC classes and availability
We’ve added hundreds of new WC classes to our portal, so you can expand your book and client list. To get familiar with our expanded appetite, download our WC Eligibility and Underwriting Guidelines.
Get a premium indicator when a quote is referred
With our new indicative pricing tool, you’ll receive a premium estimate to share with your clients while an account is reviewed by our underwriters.
